Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, you can reserve a date, and then begin inviting to get your minimum. If you don’t feel you have enough for a private party, email us with a suggestion for a public party. We love to hear what you would like to do.

  • No problem, we can turn it into a public event. You would still have your group at your table(s) and the picture you picked. We just ask others to join in. The more the merrier!

  • To reserve a date at the Stroke of Genius Paint & Wine Studio, submit a $70 deposit.

  • If you cancel more than 10 business days before your party is scheduled to occur, your $70 deposit will be refunded. If it is less than 10 business days before your party is set to occur, the $70 deposit will not be refunded.

  • 6:30 is when we generally start but your private party can have its own start/end time. Earliest for evening would be 5:00, latest would be 7:00.

  • We normally start parties in the afternoon anywhere from 12 to 2 pm, ending from 3 to 5 pm.

  • Simply forward the private pay link to your guests and they can individually register and pay.

  • The minimum amount of guests should be paid for at least 10 business days in advance. If not, we reserve the right to open that event to the public.

  • If you don’t have the 10 minimum people required for a private party, we still may be able to help. Please contact us to work something out. Typically, if you have less than 10 the registrations required at 10 business days in advance of the party, we will present two options:

    Pay the full amount and enjoy your private party OR

    We will post the party as a public event, we will reserve you 2 seating tables with a separate hostess table.

  • Yes! The private pay link will be setup and provided following the submission of a $70 deposit.

  • We can seat up to 45 painters.

  • No, unfortunately state law requires us to provide it. We have a tavern license and stock several fine wines, soda, beer and ale for purchase.

  • There should be ample street parking, however, there is a parking structure a half a block away. Please check the bottom of this page for more detailed information on parking.

  • Yes! Remote parties can be coordinated with your party host. Please contact us to discuss details.
